What makes us different

William M. Powell, Esq. has approximately 29 years of trial experience and has handled numerous litigation matters. He has tried matters in State and Federal Courts, i.e., medical malpractice, civil rights, class action, negligence and other complex litigation.

Bill and his wife have two children and two dogs. They have been married for 27 years. They enjoy reading, tennis, flying, scuba diving, skiing, cycling, boating, fishing, hiking and traveling just to name a few.

Bill has been a pilot since 1994, is instrument rated and has logged more than 1000 hours in the air. He understands aviation litigation from a pilot and passenger perspective.
